Ahh, Good ol' Allergies, I THINK....

Snotty noses, coughing, sneezing, headache, fever, whining and breathing treatments out the wazoo and even some vomit on the side, yay! UGH! Could we get a break here, PLEASE?? We had been on the mend and everyone was well for 6 whole days and that seems to be an all time record since the beginning of new year, and that is the honest to goodness truth until two nights ago that is.

Little Man, Chunk and Princess all started up with the snotty noses, coughing, headache and now fever for Chunk and Princess. Then Chunk came to me this morning with "stink" as he calls it. Well, he now also has seem to have what we refer to as "the squirts." Yep, you know what I am talking about.
!!OY!! I know this too shall pass, but I had hoped this would have long passed already like maybe 3 months ago. *giggle* Oh well, at least I have a sense of humor about it for now. Check on me in a few days!!! :) *giggle*

Oh no, I'm not done; then this morning poor Freckles even had a little bit of a cough but nothing big, or so I thought. I asked her if she was ok and with THE look she nodded yes and then she spewed all over the kitchen table while others were (notice I said were ) enjoying their breakfast. And again I say, UGH!!, but thank goodness for daddy who has a much stronger stomach than wimpy ol' me b/c I honestly do not think I could have cleaned it. It was bad. And though, we do not know what caused it she was totally fine afterwards phew! Great way to start a morning huh? Now,who wants to come over and play!?!?!?

Well, we are thinking and hoping that it's all allergies but who knows. As long as we can stay away from the Dr.'s office, I will be doing a- okay! :)

After things settled down and the girlies were off to school Mama C called to see if were going to go on with what we had planned for the day, but due to fever she and I opted to postpone our play date.
I was sharing some things I was feeling and she was encouraging me and yes I will go as far to say even counseling me. And boy, did I ever need to hear it. She always knows just what to say at just the right time. I truly believe it is a gift the Lord has given to her and I'm sure those of you who know her would agree.
Anywhoo.... after we hung up I thought of these scriptures and wanted to share them with you all.

Be joyful always; Pray continually; Give thanks in all circumstances for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:16

Do not fear for I am with you.
Do not anxiously look about you, For I am your God.
I will surely help you, surely I will Strengthen you.
Surely I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 4:10

I am so thankful for Gods promises. Now I only need to stand on these promises and NOT let Satan steal them away. So, if any of you are going through struggles of your own, I hope and pray these same words will comfort you as they have me.
I guess that is all I have for today. Sorry for all the long posts lately but when somethings on my
heart it will be on this blog!

Oh, but before I go, I want to say hello to my new friend Beth, and Bloggin' Buddies, Kindred Hearts and Coach Katy.
