Good Ol' Summertime!

Well, the girlies are out of school and we have just been takin' it easy not doing a whole lot of water fun due to 4 kids who are all a bit under the weather. YEP, you read right, all 4 have somethin' going on from ear infections to nasty coughs, runny nose and once again my favorite, around the clock breathing treatments for two and as needed for the other two. You know all that fun stuff you just want to have during the summer when you should be outside in the pool or at the park or Schlitterbahning it, you get where I'm going with this?

We got the kids a pretty nice little pool for the backyard and have been enjoying it until they all started not feeling well. Sometimes I feel like when I try to do something fun for the kids it always seems to backfire on me in one way or another, what is up? I do know it's just part of having kiddos but summer just started you know? Oh well, we are PLANNING to head for Port Aransas at the end of July so I think I will just keep them cooped up and lose my mind until that time so nothing else happens.:) JUST KIDDING, probably NOT a very good idea. :)

Not much more to really report on today. I will post as time allows. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Oh, I also just want to thank you all for commenting. Call me crazy, weird or whatever but I always look forward to reading them!

Chin up my sweets! All will get better. I would still play outside during the day, if only for a little while. maybe their systems just need to get used to the pollen and stuff outside. Your doing a good job! i will be praying for you guys.

Oh no the yucky stuff is back? You poor little dear. Those times can be a bit tough on a mom as well as on the "kiddos". Your children will have a wonderful summer yet. Just pray for their healing. I don't know if you believe in healing or not but, it is real and the Lord still heals today. "By the stripes of Jesus you children were (and shall be) healed". "You are more than an overcomer in Christ!" "Build yourself up in the most holy of faith". Sorry, my dear, I get a bit excited when I talk about the goodness of our dear Father. Blessings to you and your soon to be healthy little ones. -Beth
