Randy Update

Many of you have asked how Randy is doing and I apologize to Randy and all of you praying for him for not posting this when he sent me this reply.
I will try to contact him to see if there might be a more recent update than this, again my apologies.

FROM RANDY:
Thanks Jennifer for your thoughtfulness. I certainly have appreciated the prayers lifted up on my behalf. You can relate that I'm over half way in getting chemo treatments every other week for colon cancer that has spread to my liver. There are signs from the blood work that the chemo is being effective at shrinking the 3 tumors on my liver. The main side effect is fatigue and lethargy (feel blah and ready to take a nap anytime). The hope is to at least turn this cancer into a "chronic disease" and give me a few more years yet there is a small possibility that it could go into complete remission (as I understand the prognosis). Whatever the outcome my hope is that God would be glorified and that I'd handle this still-unreal-to-me business in a God honoring fashion. He certainly has shown His grace to me throughout.
